Does anyone else see a problem McCain lately? He is acting as if the economy is just fine and dandy. Uhhh has he been paying attention to anything going on in the past week? McCain and Palin are not even addressing the bad economy and how they will fix it. Both are still talking about the war and drilling, which was fine but there are bigger issues to be addressed now.
Obama has already devoted almost his whole campaign to the issue of the economy. Not only that but he has recorded an add that states what he plans to do. He is confident and may gain a lot more votes because he is prepared.
McCain is no where close to confident. He continuously reads off of note cards and did not even look at the audience when he was addressing them about the bad economy. Did anyone catch his add by the way. It is called "Dome" its on cnn.com. Compared to Obama's add it is terrible. McCain bashes what Obama wants to do and does not address what he himself will do. Anyone else find anything wrong with it?

wow. I agree with you completely on this.. John McCain hasn't really told us much about what he is going to do with this economic problem. Like mentioned in class, it's almost as if he isn't even talking to his supporters, but his shoes. He is confident while talking, nor has he given us many clues about what he has in store for the economic future of this country.
I agree. I think he is clearly more at home talking about national security. Will that give him an advantage in the first debate?
I totally agree with you Nicole! Hey HL, obviously if McCain doesn't even MENTION the economic downfall, Obama certainly has something over him.
